弯钢玻璃是将玻璃通过预处理加工（切磨成所需尺寸）再加热到软化温度，然后靠自重或外界作用力将其弯曲成型并经自然冷却后制成所需的弧形玻璃。

Hot bending / bending steel glass is heated to the softening temperature by pre processing (cut into the required size) and then bending by self weight or external force to make the required arc glass after natural cooling.

热弯玻璃采用热弯炉进行加工，目前，大多数玻璃加工厂采用的是电加热式热弯炉，这种热弯炉温度控制方便，易操作，不污染玻璃，产品的质量和产品的一致性较高。热弯炉一次性只能加工一块玻璃。
热弯玻璃的生产加工是一项技术活，其质量的好坏与设备的先进性、生产流程的规范化等因素密切相关。所以只有积极更新设备，提升生产加工工艺，才能不被市场所淘汰！
